I am always trying to find something new. Working out can get so boring so quickly. I can only run so many times pulling the wagon with my 2 kids in it. I saw this on my favorite site ever...www.pinterest.com of course! We could do this. Am I excited about the plank dips..not really? Also, I would love to create more of these type of workouts and include some of my favorite things like jumping jacks, lunges, etc. Any person out there want to create more Deck of Cards Leg workouts??
