Every time, I watch Biggest Loser, I get super motivated. How in the world did she lose 15 pounds in one week. Oh, if only questions start filling my brain. I am a super busy mom, small business owner and college adviser for 2 high schools. Working out is just not an option unless I can do it in my sleep. SO what did I go, I got creative with my time. I work in two high schools where bells control my every move. So now everytime a bell rings, I get out of my chair and go climb the stairs. I walk the entire time, up and down stairs. And yes kids just stare! Oh well! I am getting out, people are seeing my face and I am getting one heck of a butt work out! Will keep you posted out this works out for me!
